I created Modern Split to bring my nine lives together and help women navigate the business end of divorce.

I divorced when my son was two and raised him as a solo Mom for sixteen years. He's a college freshman now—eek! I'm also a former divorce coach + grief counselor, and family law paralegal with 20+ years of experience in and around the judicial system.  I spill all the insider tips + tricks tea. 

I believe in straight talk, action plans, gentle butt-kicking, and a no-bullshit approach to facing your divorce. All sprinkled with lots of laughs and lovin' because I'm not a complete asshole. Modern Split was born from a cheeky spirit and the simple idea, "See a need. Fill a need." Bigweld (Robots 2008).
